Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Master Splinters, each piece is handcrafted with care. Due to the custom nature of many of our woodworking products, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our work.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Made-to-order furniture or pieces built to client specifications

• Clearance or final sale items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

We will:

• Repair the item, or

• Replace it, or

• Issue a refund (if repair/replacement is not possible)

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need an exchange, contact us at Mastersplintershop@gmail.com.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we may have already started crafting your item, and cancellation may not be possible.
